Discofox Beginner
Whether it's a dance party, gymnastics festival or wedding - discofox is danced everywhere. In the Discofox beginner course you will learn the basics and the first figures. With this basis you are prepared to dance fluently to slow music.
Discofox Level 2
In Discofox Level 2 you consolidate the basic steps and learn the first effective figures as well as how to float on the dance floor.
Discofox club course
The club course is for all dance enthusiasts with advanced knowledge. In this course you will learn various techniques, turns, body moves, lifts and poses as well as leaning figures. This course offers you the perfect practice sessions to take your dance level to the next level.
Discofox turning technique course
Skillfully dancing simple and multiple turns stably and safely - that's what everyone who dances wants. In this course you will learn body and arm position during the various turns as well as stability and how to turn with ease from a standing position. Techniques for walking or spinning turns as well as techniques and exercises to avoid dizziness are also part of this course.

Discofox Ladystyle
The Ladystyle course is aimed at all ladies who want to give their dance style more confidence, individuality and expression. With new step combinations, moves, poses, music interpretations, turning techniques, posture, arm styling and many other movement sequences, you will learn to dance in a more feminine and sensual way.
