Welcome to the portrait of Pole and Dance!

The owners of the Pole and Dance Schweiz GmbH studio are Perrine Oechslin, Doris Waldburger and Manuel Hallauer.

The studio is co-managed by Perrine and Naomi:

 

Perrine and Naomi are supported by a great team of trainers, which you can get to know here: Team Pole Dance; Team Discofox . In addition, Manuel and Röbi, Doris and Perrine's spouses, actively help with technical tasks.

The story of Pole and Dance:

In 2014, Doris and her husband Manuel founded a dance and movement studio in Freienbach as a hobby under the name "Saltatio". Due to Doris' great fascination for pole dancing and her international successes in the pole dance championship world, pole dancing became more and more important in the studio. It also turned out that Kurt and Jasmin, two top Discofox trainers, were on board, so that this dance style also became increasingly important in the studio. As a result, the studio specialized in pole dance and discofox over the next few years - the two styles that still characterize our core offering today.

At the end of 2017, the management and appearance of the studio was professionalized, which not only resulted in the renaming to Pole and Dance, but also in the hiring of an employee for the back office. In Perrine, we not only found a fantastic back office fairy, but also an energetic bundle of energy with a huge passion for pole dancing and for the Pole and Dance studio. Because they also got along very well on a personal level, she took over half of the ownership of Pole and Dance in 2020. Today, Doris and Perrine co-manage the studio together. Co-managing the studio has proven to be ideal because it allows both of them to use their strengths. It simply works better together! Nevertheless, each has their own areas of focus: Perrine is in charge of course organization, room management and customer care, while Doris concentrates on artistic/technical support and preparing pole athletes for competitions.
